The hotel offered a great price for our stay during the Christmas season. We also appreciated the fact that it had a spacious parking lot, making it easy for us to park our rental car. The location was convenient with easy access to the nearby town and attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent variety of options to choose from.

Our room had some issues that made our stay less than enjoyable. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Big room, quite clean. Fridge in room. Receptionist was helpful when we were worried that our pickup was late, they called the company for us.

Personnel, especially in restaurant, hardly spoke english, so it was difficult to order. Restaurant food didnt taste great, they were also out of 2 of the 4 things we ordered. In the room were a few ants. Location was quite remote.

Does not appear to take in many tourists, I was the only European staying there, English of the staff was ok but anything past the basics was a struggle.

Nothing in particular. If you are travelling and this hotel is just a stop for a couple of days, I think is good choice. But not for more days because it is not near to the city centre.

At the reception there is only one person who knows speak in english, but is not always present.

The check-out process was disappointing. Despite explaining and providing proof of the agreed room rate, we were charged more than we had initially agreed upon.
